Travel information

Local transport: The Forum Chriesbach is conveniently located along the Tram Line 12, which connects the airport with the Sonnental hotel (see attached map).

You will need a ticket for Zone 121, for the Tram line 12, and the city Zone 110, for the visit of the accelerator and the dinner.

Depending on when you arrive and leave, a 24h ticket for 3 zones (zone 110 counts double) might be worthwhile.

Abstract:
Assuming a simple data-generating model of the type "pure harmonics plus noise" and applying Bayesian inference techniques has two advantages over Fourier analysis: (i) lines that are separated by less than the Fourier resolution might be detected and (ii) the uncertainties of the detected lines can be quantified. If the data stems from the solar activity, inferring the parameters of a stochastic dynamo model might be worthwhile.
